Am I The Only One...

So am I the only one that finds this picture somewhat concerning? First off, how did they get that back hoe in that hole? Never mind there's no form of shoring on those walls. I especially like the guy climbing out. This is every construction managers worse dream come true. Ha ha! No, I didn't take this picture on one of my jobsites... this was in India.
