Dinnertime

A few months ago, Justin was sitting at the table feeding Parker dinner when he started laughing.... and laughing.  He claimed he finally had figured out what feeding a baby reminds him of:

Except according to him, in air refueling is MUCH easier than getting food into a baby!

He Said WHAT?! - Parker Edition #1

As Justin gave Parker his paci... "Parker, we need to have a talk about idolatry".

He Said WHAT?!?

I've decided I need to start a new blog series called "He Said WHAT?!?".  This is inspired by all the entertaining one liners my husband has come up with lately.

Disclaimer: NOW, please let me be clear.  In writing about this I do not intend to be disrespectful towards my husband.  My husband and I both love to laugh about the things we say that come across... well... badly.  We don't pretend to be perfect or to not say things that can be misconstrued.  None of the material in this series reflects anything that has caused strife or hurt feeling in our marriage... this is solely the stuff of marriage that we love to laugh about and we would like for others to be able to laugh with us!  If you're married, I'm sure you've had similar instances in your marriage... the ones that just make you laugh so hard and fall in love with your husband even more :)  Now that that's out of the way... let's get started!

A few weeks ago we took several international students from Africa to a State Park for a picnic.  Justin wanted to take a picture and without hesitating I took off running... no way was I going to be photographed!  Justin tried to encourage me back into the picture... I refused and he said "No really hun.  Get in the picture.  You look good today!"  To which I replied "Unlike everyother day of the week" (including an incredibly unamused face).  The international students cringed and Justin looked horrified as he said, "That came out wrong."

You don't say.  LOL...
