So my journey with Dell started one afternoon in March 2007. After turning on my computer for the first time I was warmly received into the Vista family by watching my computer crash. Two years later, hours on the phone with "Mike" from India, and many sinful thoughts & words directed towards said computer I had finally had enough and bought a Mac. With the help of a few friends I released my Dell's tortured soul from its mortal coil this weekend past. Under the premise of Cinco de Mayo we redesigned the screen & keypad with a BB gun before finally excising its demons with a 2x4 & garden spade.
